Hyonbin Choi is broadly interested in twentieth and twenty-first century literature, with a focus on modernist poetry. Her current research project interrogates how the writings of modernist writers respond to the “crisis of representation” at the turn of the century through developing a language of textual virtuality. Her minor specialty is children’s and YA literature, and she moonlights as a translator of children’s and YA literature.
